Anime Clash Pack Manager (“the App”) is developed and published by Bobby Smith (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase and subscription data solely for the purpose of processing and validating subscriptions.

1.3 AI Service Usage

The App uses the OpenAI API to generate character descriptions when you request this feature.

When you request an AI-generated description, the character name and AI prompt are sent securely to OpenAI’s servers. No additional personal data is sent.

2. How We Use Information

We use information solely for the following purposes:

  • To process in-app subscription payments
  • To generate AI character descriptions at your request

We do not collect, share, or sell any personal information.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Packs you create are saved locally on your device.
  • You may choose to export Packs manually to your device or cloud storage.
  • We do not upload your Packs to any server or cloud service without your consent.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

  • RevenueCat — for subscription management
  • OpenAI — for AI-powered character descriptions

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

We do not control or assume responsibility for their data practices.

5. Your Choices

  • You may choose not to use the AI description feature.
  • You may choose not to purchase a subscription — the core functionality of Pack creation remains available.
  • You can delete any Packs you create at any time.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
