This Privacy Policy explains how HardcoreAmature LLC handles information in the HCA ARoutePilot iOS application (the “App”).

1. What We Collect

  • Camera Access (on-device): The App uses the camera solely to enable ARKit path drawing. Camera frames are processed on-device and are not sent to our servers.
  • Local Network Access: Used to discover/connect to your robot or your own WebSocket bridge on your LAN. Connection details (e.g., your robot URL) are stored locally on your device.
  • Diagnostics & Crash Logs: If the App crashes, Apple may provide anonymous crash data to us via App Store Connect. This data does not include your personal content.
  • Optional Analytics (if enabled in a future update): We may collect aggregated, non-identifying usage metrics to improve reliability and UX. If added, we will update this policy and provide an in-app opt-out.

2. What We Do Not Collect

  • No account creation or profile.
  • No contact lists, photos, or precise location.
  • No sale of personal data.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share aggregated, non-identifying diagnostics with service providers under contract (e.g., Apple’s crash reporting) strictly to maintain and improve the App.

4. Data Storage & Retention

  • Robot connection settings (e.g., WebSocket URL) are stored on your device’s local storage and can be deleted by uninstalling the App.
  • Crash logs (if any) are retained by Apple per their policies and may be visible to us in aggregate form.

5. Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the App’s functionality. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent/guardian and believe a child provided data, contact us to request deletion.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Contact us at privacy@hardcoreamature.com.

8. International Users

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate, subject to applicable laws.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
