How to Use HCA Send

HCA Send is designed to make sending money between trusted people fast, simple, and safer. This guide walks you through all the basics, step by step.

1. Create Your Account

  1. Download the HCA Send app from the App Store.
  2. Open the app and choose a unique HCA Send ID (for example: bobby23).
  3. Enter your email address so we can confirm your account and send important updates.
  4. Tap “Register / Login” to create or load your wallet.

Your HCA Send ID is what friends and family will use to send you money. Keep it simple and easy to remember.

2. Add Money to Your Wallet

  1. On the main screen, look for the Wallet card.
  2. Enter the amount you want to add in the “Amount in $” field.
  3. Tap “Top Up” to start funding your wallet.
  4. Follow the payment instructions shown inside the app.

Once your top-up is approved, the balance will appear in your Wallet and is ready to send to other HCA Send users.

3. Send Money to Someone

  1. Make sure the other person has an HCA Send account and knows their HCA Send ID.
  2. In the app, open the Send Money card.
  3. Type their HCA Send ID in the recipient field.
  4. Enter the Amount in $ you want to send.
  5. Double-check the ID and amount.
  6. Tap “Send securely” to submit the transfer.

After a successful payment, both users will see the transfer in their Activity history, and balances will update immediately.

4. Check Your Balance & Activity

  • Your current balance is shown at the top of the Wallet card.
  • Your recent transfers appear in the Activity tab.
  • If something doesn’t look right, reach out to the recipient or contact HCA Send support.

5. Reporting Suspicious or Abusive Users

HCA Send includes a built-in safety system to help limit misuse and protect users. If someone is acting suspiciously:

  1. Open the Safety & Reports section.
  2. Enter the correct HCA Send ID of the user you want to report.
  3. Describe the issue clearly.
  4. Submit your report.

Our system reviews reports and may restrict or lock accounts that receive multiple verified reports. If you are in immediate danger, always contact local authorities first.

6. Tips for Staying Safe on HCA Send

  • Only send money to people you know and trust.
  • Always double-check the HCA Send ID before sending.
  • Never share passwords or verification codes with anyone.
  • If something feels wrong, stop and confirm directly with the person outside the app.
