These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all applications, websites, and services (“Service”) operated by Hardcoreamature LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to apps such as Next Move AI, HCA Send, and other applications we publish.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Services Overview

Our apps may provide features such as AI-generated content, decision tools, payments, wallets, social features, games, content sharing, 3D tools, and other digital services.

Some services rely on third-party providers including Apple, RevenueCat, Firebase, and AI service providers.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your region).
  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when required.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or risk.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • Harass, impersonate, or harm others.
  • Exploit the Service for unauthorized commercial use.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service.
  • Disrupt servers, systems, or other users.

5. AI Features Disclaimer

Some apps (such as Next Move AI) use artificial intelligence to generate responses.

  • AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
  • AI is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.).
  • You use AI-generated results at your own risk.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Digital Goods

  • Payments are processed by Apple (App Store).
  • Subscriptions may be managed via RevenueCat.
  • All purchases are subject to Apple’s billing terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple.

7. Wallet & Transfers (If Applicable)

Some apps may allow wallet balances or peer-to-peer transfers (e.g., HCA Send).

  • We are not a bank or financial institution.
  • Transactions may be processed by third-party partners.
  • Transfers may be final and not reversible.
  • We may delay, block, or reverse transactions for security reasons.

8. User Content

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • You grant us a license to use it to operate the Service.
  • You are responsible for what you upload or share.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All apps, branding, and content are owned by Hardcoreamature LLC.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

10. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided “AS IS”.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We are not responsible for user mistakes (e.g., wrong inputs or transfers).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability will not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the last 3 months, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, risk, or legal reasons.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use means you accept updates.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, unless otherwise required by law.
