Chaotic Bubble Burst – Support & Help
Welcome! This page explains how to play Chaotic Bubble Burst, covers new features, answers common questions, and shows you how to contact support.
1. How To Play
1.1 Basic Rules
- Aim: The aimer at the bottom moves left and right automatically.
- Shoot: Tap anywhere on the screen to fire a bubble along the aim line.
- Match: Connect 3 or more bubbles of the same color (up, down, left, right) to pop them.
- Gravity: Bubbles no longer attached to the top will fall and score extra points.
- Game Over: If the bubbles reach the bottom, you lose the level.
1.2 Levels, Worlds & Progression
- The game is organized into worlds containing multiple levels.
- Each level has a unique layout and goals (score targets, time limits, special objectives).
- Completing levels unlocks further progress through the world map.
- If your progress looks incorrect (ex: level numbers repeating, world not unlocking), see Troubleshooting – Progression.
1.3 Level Types (What You’ll See)
Normal Levels
Classic match + gravity strategy. Clear the board and beat the target.
Shape Levels
Special rules and patterns that can change how you approach shots and combos.
DJ Rescue Levels
A premium-style mode featuring the DJ rescue mechanic and special missile shots.
Boss Levels
Harder encounters with more pressure and tighter mistakes—save power-ups for these.
2. Power-Ups & Special Mechanics
2.1 Bombs (💣)
- Tap the bomb button in the HUD to load your next shot as a bomb.
- A bomb explodes in a small area and can pop multiple colors at once.
- Some special “crate” bubbles grant bonus bombs when popped or dropped.
2.2 Nuke (☢️)
- The Nuke is an optional paid power-up.
- When used, it clears almost the entire board in a single blast.
- Use it when the board is dangerously low or you’re stuck.
- Purchasing a Nuke is not required to enjoy the game—it’s purely optional.
2.3 DJ Rescue Missiles (DJ Mode)
- In DJ Rescue levels, a DJ helper appears and uses special missiles.
- Missiles can bounce off walls and typically remove the first bubble they hit.
- Some DJ phases allow a short window to lock aim; after lock, missiles can auto-fire.
2.4 Special / Crate Bubbles
- Some bubbles are special crates that reward you when popped or dropped.
- Rewards may include bombs, bonus points, or other game items depending on the mode.
2.5 Audio / Music-Reactive Effects
- Some parts of the game include music-reactive visuals (glow/pulse effects).
- If you experience performance issues, see Troubleshooting – Performance.
3. Orbs, Coins & “Orb Bet” (New Feature)
3.1 What are Orbs?
- Orbs are a virtual in-game currency used for entries, rewards, and optional features.
- Orbs may be earned through gameplay and/or purchased through the App Store (if enabled in your version).
- Orbs have no cash value and are not exchangeable for real-world money.
3.2 Orb Bet – Clear Step-by-Step (Who / What / When / Where / How)
Orb Bet is a game feature that lets you spend Orbs for a chance at a higher Orb reward. Below is the exact flow so you always know what’s happening.
- Who: You (the player) and the game system.
- What: You spend 200 Orbs to enter one Orb Bet round.
- When: The 200 Orbs entry is deducted immediately when you confirm the bet.
- How results happen: The game decides a win/loss result based on the rules of the mode (chance-based or skill-based depending on the version).
- If you win: You receive 600 Orbs total credited (your 200 entry returned + 400 Orbs profit).
- If you lose: The 200 Orbs entry is spent for that round.
- Where it’s tracked: Your orb balance and bet outcomes may be saved to your account history for support and anti-fraud.
If you win, you end with 600 Orbs.
If you lose, you end with 0 Orbs.
3.3 Limits & Safety (Recommended / May Apply)
- Orb Bet is optional. You can enjoy the game without using it.
- We may apply limits (daily caps, cooldowns, loss limits) to keep the game fair and prevent abuse.
- If you believe your balance is incorrect, contact support with the approximate time the issue occurred.
4. Game Modes
4.1 Solo Timed
- You play alone against a countdown timer.
- Score as many points as you can before time runs out.
- If the timer hits zero and you haven’t cleared the level, the round ends.
4.2 VS AI
- You compete against a simple AI opponent.
- The AI’s score increases over time.
- Keep your score higher than the AI before the timer runs out.
4.3 Multiplayer (if enabled)
- Two players race for the highest score within the time limit.
- At the end of the match, the player with the higher score wins.
- Multiplayer availability may vary by region, device, and app version.
5. Troubleshooting & Common Issues
5.1 Progression / World Map issues
- Symptom: A completed level shows the wrong level number, repeats “Level 1,” or doesn’t return to the map.
- Try: Fully close the app and reopen it.
- Try: Ensure you’re on the latest app version.
- If it continues: Contact support with your world name, level number, and what happened after completion.
5.2 The game feels too hard
- Aim for large groups of the same color to trigger bigger drops and combos.
- Use bombs to open space when the board gets crowded.
- Practice in Solo Timed before VS AI or Multiplayer.
- Save nukes and key power-ups for boss or rescue levels when you’re under pressure.
5.3 I purchased something but don’t see it
- Make sure you are logged into the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Fully close and reopen the app to refresh entitlements.
- Check your internet connection (purchases may require verification).

5.5 Crashing, freezing, or performance issues
