SafeSendr Support

If you are having trouble with the SafeSendr app or have questions about your account, you are in the right place. This page explains how to contact us and includes quick answers to common issues.


1. Contact SafeSendr Support

You can reach the SafeSendr team by email:

We aim to respond to most support emails within 1–2 business days. When you write to us, please include:

  • Your SafeSendr ID (not your password).
  • The device you are using (for example: iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18.4).
  • A short description of the problem and any error messages you see.
  • Screenshots if possible (do not include full card numbers or bank logins).

2. Common Questions

2.1 I can’t log in or my wallet is not loading

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the SafeSendr app from the App Store.
  • Check that your internet connection is stable (Wi-Fi or cellular).
  • Confirm that you are entering the same SafeSendr ID and email you used when you created your account.
  • If the problem continues, email us at support@safesendr.app with a screenshot.

2.2 My balance looks wrong

  • Close and reopen the app to refresh your balance.
  • Check your recent activity to see if any transfers or top-ups completed.
  • If you still think your balance is incorrect, contact us and include:
    • Your SafeSendr ID.
    • The date and approximate time of the transfer.
    • The amount you expected and what you see in the app.

2.3 I sent money to the wrong person

  • Once a transfer is completed, it may not be reversible.
  • If you know the other person, contact them directly and ask if they can send the money back.
  • You may also contact us and we will review the situation, but we cannot guarantee a reversal.

2.4 I think I’m being scammed or harassed

  • Stop sending money immediately.
  • Use the Safety & Reports section inside the app to report the user’s SafeSendr ID.
  • Provide as much detail as you can about what happened.
  • In emergencies or situations involving immediate danger, contact your local authorities first.

3. Managing Your Account

3.1 Updating your email or SafeSendr ID

  • Open the SafeSendr app.
  • Go to the identity section on the main screen.
  • Update your SafeSendr ID or email, then tap Register / Login to save the changes.

3.2 Closing your account

  • Make sure your wallet balance is $0.00.
  • Email us at support@safesendr.app and request account closure.
  • We may retain some transaction records where required by law or for fraud prevention (see our Privacy Policy for details).
