hcachess Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the hcachess app (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
  • By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Paper Money Mode Disclaimer

  • The App offers a “Paper Money Mode” which allows you to participate using virtual currency for entertainment purposes only.
  • No real money is involved in Paper Money Mode. Virtual winnings have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for actual currency.

3. Real Money Mode Disclaimer

  • If you choose to use “Real Money Mode,” you are required to connect your own Kraken account via API keys.
  • You are solely responsible for all financial transactions made through your Kraken account.
  • The App does not store your API keys permanently and does not process or handle any financial transactions directly.

4. User Accounts

  • You must create an account and provide a valid email address to use the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to misuse the App or engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior while using the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes within the App.
  • Your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
