β Referrals / Creator Codes
EchoTether may offer referral or creator codes. If your referral doesnβt appear automatically, you can request manual verification.
Email us with:
- The referral/creator code you used (exact spelling)
- The date/time you subscribed
- Proof of subscription (see Payment Verification)
π Subscriptions / Billing
EchoTether Pro is billed through the App Store. Apple manages billing, renewals, and refunds.
If your subscription isnβt unlocking:
- Confirm youβre signed into the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription
- Open the app while connected to the internet
- If available in-app, use Restore Purchases
- If it still doesnβt unlock, email support with a screenshot of your active subscription
