Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I can’t pick more than 5 contacts.
A: Free users are limited to 5 contacts. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited selections.
Q: Why isn’t my location shared?
A: Ensure ShiftSOS has permission under Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
Q: SMS or email is not working.
A: Make sure your device supports texting and email is configured correctly.
Q: I forgot my PIN.
A: For security, PINs are not recoverable. Reinstall the app to reset.
Q: How can I cancel my Pro subscription?
A: Go to your Apple ID > Subscriptions and manage ShiftSOS from there.
