End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and EnoPenny LLC. By using ShiftSOS, you agree to the terms below.

1. License

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ShiftSOS for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

  • No reverse engineering or modification.
  • No redistribution or resale.
  • No unauthorized or unlawful use of the app.

3. Subscription Terms

Pro features require an in-app purchase managed through Apple. Terms and billing are handled by the App Store.

4. Termination

We may revoke your access if you breach this agreement.

5. Disclaimer

ShiftSOS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

EnoPenny LLC is not liable for damages resulting from use or misuse of the app.
