Quick Start

Host your live trail

Open the app → Host tab → tap Allow LocationStart Sharing. A code appears; send it to friends.

Join a friend’s trail

Go to the Join tab → enter the 6-character code → tap Join to see their blue trail live.

Location permissions

iPhone → Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → TrailBlue:

  • While Using the App (minimum) or Always (for background sharing)
  • Precise Location ON

Subscriptions & Purchases

Upgrade in the app: Settings → Upgrade to Pro (Monthly or Yearly). Purchases are processed by Apple.

Manage or cancel anytime in Apple Subscriptions.

To restore on a new device, open TrailBlue → Settings → Restore Purchases.

Troubleshooting

  • No movement on the map? Check location permission and that the host is sharing.
  • Offerings not loading? Try on a physical device with a stable internet connection.
  • Still stuck? Email us with your iPhone model & iOS version: Email Support
