DocPilot AI is published by Hardcoreamature.com LLC (“we”, “us”). Questions? enopennyllc@hardcoreamature.com.

What we collect

  • Documents & text you choose to process: processed to deliver features like OCR, translation, summaries, and checks.
  • Usage data: feature taps, error logs, and device info (non-identifying) to improve reliability.

On-device vs cloud

OCR can run on-device. AI analysis may use secure cloud processing. You can disable cloud processing in Settings → Privacy & Data. When disabled, cloud analysis features are limited or unavailable.

How we use data

  • Provide and improve features you request.
  • Prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use service providers (e.g., AI inference, crash reporting) under contractual confidentiality. We disclose data if required by law or to protect our users and services.

Retention & control

You can clear local data in the app. We minimize retention of temporary analysis data on servers used to fulfill your request and then delete it per operational necessity.

Security

We employ encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and monitoring. No method is 100% secure.

Children

DocPilot AI is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us for deletion.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may request access or deletion. Email enopennyllc@hardcoreamature.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify in-app.
