1. Scope

This policy applies to our apps, websites, and services, including but not limited to AI decision apps, productivity tools, games, 3D/AR tools, pet-related apps, captioning tools, document tools, and other apps published by Hardcoreamature LLC.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Text prompts, questions, choices, preferences, uploaded content, app settings, and support messages you choose to provide.
  • Profile information if an app includes accounts, usernames, saved history, pets, listings, game profiles, or user-generated content.

2.2 AI request data

  • For apps like Next Move AI, we may process the category you select and the situation you type so the app can generate a response.
  • Do not submit sensitive information unless necessary for the feature.

2.3 Purchases and subscription data

  • In-app purchases are handled by Apple.
  • Subscription status may be managed through RevenueCat, including product identifiers, entitlement status, purchase status, and anonymized app user IDs.
  • We do not receive your full payment card details.

2.4 Firebase and app data

  • Some apps may use Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Storage, Analytics, or Crashlytics.
  • This may include account IDs, app progress, saved records, uploaded files, images, documents, game data, usage counters, crash logs, and diagnostic information.

2.5 Device and diagnostics

  • We may collect device type, OS version, app version, crash logs, performance data, and basic usage events to improve stability.

2.6 Website data

  • Our websites may use basic cookies, server logs, and analytics to operate and improve the site.

3. How We Use Data

  • To provide app features and generate AI responses.
  • To manage subscriptions, purchases, entitlements, and access limits.
  • To save user progress, settings, content, history, uploads, or app records when the app supports those features.
  • To improve app performance, safety, reliability, and user experience.

  • To detect abuse, fraud, or misuse.

4. AI Features

Some of our apps use AI features. When you use an AI feature, your prompt, selected category, uploaded content, or request may be sent to our backend and third-party AI providers for processing. For example, Next Move AI may send your selected category and situation to generate a structured decision response.

AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. They should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, mental health, or emergency advice.

5. How We Share Data

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • Apple: for App Store downloads, subscriptions, purchases, and system services.
  • RevenueCat: for subscription status and entitlement management.
  • Google Firebase: for authentication, database, storage, analytics, or crash reporting where used.
  • AI providers: to process AI prompts and generate app responses.
  • Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers: data may transfer during a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale as permitted by law.

6. Purchases & Subscriptions

Some apps offer paid features, subscriptions, consumables, or lifetime unlocks. Apple processes payments through the App Store. RevenueCat may be used to verify subscription status and unlock Pro features. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve our apps. Local data may remain on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Cloud data may remain until deleted in-app or by request.

8. Your Rights & Choices

  • You may delete local app data by using in-app controls or deleting the app.
  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of account-linked data by contacting us.
  • You may disable notifications in iOS Settings.
  • You may manage subscriptions through Apple account settings.
  • Where applicable, residents of certain regions may have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar laws.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
