Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for your device and Apple ID security.

2) License to Use

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by App Store terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3) Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage/Cancel: In iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• Trials: If offered, trials convert to paid unless canceled before trial end.
• Price changes: Apple may notify you; continued service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• Refunds: Handled by Apple per App Store policies.

4) In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information. Availability may vary by region.

5) Content Processing (OCR & AI)

The App can scan/import and process documents and images using on-device methods and—if enabled in Settings—cloud AI services. By using these features, you authorize processing of your content solely to provide App functionality. Do not upload content you are not authorized to process or that is highly sensitive without understanding the risks. See the Privacy Policy.

6) No Professional Advice

Outputs (translations, summaries, risk flags, guidance) are for informational and educational purposes only and are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions.

Military-related content: The “Military” tab provides general, educational information only. It is not official DoD/VA guidance and not a substitute for a qualified representative or attorney.

7) Acceptable Use

• Do not violate laws or third-party rights.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the App or services.
• Do not use the App to create or disseminate scams, malware, or deceptive content.
• Do not present outputs as official or professional advice.

8) Your Content & Feedback

You own your content. You grant us a limited license to process it to operate and improve the App. You grant us a royalty-free, irrevocable license to use feedback to improve the App.

9) Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., Apple, OpenAI, RevenueCat). Use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10) Intellectual Property

The App and related names, logos, and designs are owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by IP laws. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

11) Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of your use of the App or breach of this Agreement.

14) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including suspected violations. Sections intended to survive termination will survive.

15) Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Material changes will be posted in-app or on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16) Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts in Delaware, subject to your statutory rights.
