HCA BitePure – EULA & Terms

End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms

Effective Date: March 2025

1) Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using HCA BitePure (“the App”), you agree to this EULA & Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store rules.

3) Health & Safety

Important: HCA BitePure is an information tool only and does not provide medical advice. Ingredient lists can change and may contain errors. Always verify allergen safety with product packaging and manufacturers. You assume all risk for food choices.

4) Subscriptions & Billing

  • Auto-renewable: Pro Monthly and Pro Annual plans are billed to your Apple ID.
  • Auto-renew: Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage: You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Refunds: Handled by Apple per App Store policy.
  • Family Sharing: If enabled by Apple and your purchase, eligible plans can be shared with family members.

5) Ownership & Content

The App, including trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by Hardcoreamature.com LLC or its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.

6) Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent use.
  • No scraping, reselling, or bulk extraction of content.
  • No attempts to circumvent security, subscriptions, or usage limits.

7) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

AS IS: The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription—manage it in iOS Settings.

9) Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10) Apple Standard EULA

Where applicable, you also agree to the Apple Standard EULA.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
