We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. When this app references “we,” it means Hardcoreamature LLC.

1) What we collect

  • Account data – email, display name, authentication identifiers.
  • User content – posts, images, videos, profile fields you choose to upload.
  • Device & app diagnostics – crash logs, performance data.
  • Approximate location (optional) – only if you enable features that show nearby items; otherwise not collected.
  • Audio/Video (optional) – only when you initiate recording/streaming features.

2) How we use data

  • Provide core features (account, posts, media, social functionality).
  • Maintain safety and prevent abuse/spam.
  • Improve stability and performance.
  • Communicate important service updates.

3) Sharing & processors

We do not sell your data. We use trusted processors solely to operate the app:

  • Firebase (Google) – Authentication, Firestore database, Storage. Data may include account info, content you upload, and device diagnostics.
  • Agora – Real-time audio/video for calls/streams (if you use those features).

These providers act on our instructions per their privacy terms.

4) Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When you delete your account (see below), associated personal data is removed from our active systems.

5) Your rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your data.
  • Opt out of optional permissions (camera, mic, location) in iOS Settings.
  • Region-specific rights (e.g., GDPR/EEA, CCPA/CPRA) may apply. Contact us to exercise these.

6) Security

We use industry-standard safeguards and limit access to personal data. No method is 100% secure, but we aim to keep your data protected.

7) Children

This app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us for removal.

8) Delete your data

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated user data from our active systems. Some backups/logs may persist briefly for security, after which they are purged.
