1) Acceptance

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2) License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-authorized devices, subject to these Terms and Apple’s terms.

3) User Content & Conduct

  • You’re responsible for content you post. Don’t upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
  • Use any in-app tools provided to block/mute users or report issues.

4) Payments

  • Digital features/content in the iOS app, if any, are purchased via Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) and governed by Apple’s terms.
  • External payments (e.g., for physical goods/services fulfilled outside the app) do not unlock digital content within the iOS app.

5) Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

6) Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Account deletion is available in Settings → Account → Delete Account.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
