HCASend Support
If you are having trouble with the HCASend app or have questions about your account, you are in the right place. This page explains how to contact us and includes quick answers to common issues.
1. Contact HCASend Support

We aim to respond to most support emails within 1–2 business days.
When you write to us, please include:
- Your HCASend ID (do not include your password).
- Your device model and iOS version (example: iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 18).
- A short description of the issue and any error messages.
- Screenshots if possible (do not include full card numbers or bank logins).
2. Common Questions
2.1 I can’t log in or my wallet is not loading
- Make sure you have the latest version of HCASend from the App Store.
- Check that your internet connection is stable (Wi-Fi or cellular).
- Confirm you are using the same email and HCASend ID used to create your account.
- If the problem continues, email support@hardcoreamature.com with a screenshot.
2.2 My balance looks wrong
- Close and reopen the app to refresh your balance.
- Check Recent Activity to confirm whether a transfer or top-up completed.
- If you still believe your balance is incorrect, contact us and include:
- Your HCASend ID
- Date/time of the transaction
- The amount expected and what you see in the app
2.3 I sent money to the wrong person
- Once a transfer is completed, it may not be reversible.
- If you know the recipient, contact them and request a return transfer.
- You may also email support and we will review the situation, but we cannot guarantee a reversal.
2.4 I think I’m being scammed or harassed
- Stop sending money immediately.
- Use the in-app reporting tools (if available) to report the user or transaction.
- Provide as much detail as possible so we can investigate.
- For emergencies or immediate danger, contact local authorities first.
3. Managing Your Account
3.1 Updating your account details
- Open HCASend.
- Go to Settings / Profile.
- Update your information and save.
3.2 Closing your account
- Make sure your wallet balance is $0.00.
- Email support@hardcoreamature.com and request account closure.
- We may retain some transaction records where required by law or for fraud prevention.
