Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the VibeTrigger mobile application (“VibeTrigger”, “the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are

VibeTrigger is provided by HardcoreAmature.com, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) What VibeTrigger Does

VibeTrigger is a proximity-based notification experience. Users set a Trigger ID and may record local “anthems” for friends. When another VibeTrigger user broadcasting a Trigger ID is detected nearby, the app can alert you based on your settings.

No guarantees: Bluetooth and iOS limitations, signal interference, walls, crowds, device settings, and battery optimizations can affect detection range and timing.

3) Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use VibeTrigger. If you are under 13, you may not use the App.

4) Your Responsibilities

  • Choose your Trigger ID carefully. Your Trigger ID is broadcast over Bluetooth. Use an ID you’re comfortable sharing.
  • Use the app respectfully. Do not harass, stalk, or misuse the app to target or intimidate others.
  • Follow all laws and rules. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and venue policies.
  • Keep your device secure. Use a passcode/Face ID/Touch ID to protect locally stored data.

5) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use VibeTrigger for stalking, surveillance, harassment, or intimidation.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the app’s Bluetooth behavior in ways not intended.
  • Upload or record content that is illegal, hateful, or violates someone else’s rights.
  • Impersonate someone else or use a Trigger ID intended to deceive.

6) Content (Anthems)

You are responsible for audio you record and store on your device. Do not record content you don’t have the rights to use. You agree you have permission to record and play any audio you use.

8) Disclaimers

VibeTrigger is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will detect someone at a specific distance or at a specific time. Bluetooth and location-related features can vary across environments and devices.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HardcoreAmature.com, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

10) Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update the app or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
